Hannah ’15

A sneak peek for Hannah =) Hannah’s mother asked if I would be interested in shooting her senior pictures and although I don’t usually shoot high school seniors, I immediately said yes. I have known her family for a very long time, and watched this adorable little girl grow up into a beautiful young lady. Hannah wanted to show her love for soccer and missions. Most seniors have a sport they love, but the love for missions was something I had not yet heard… not from a high school senior. About a year and a half ago, she took her first mission trip to Haiti, and was blessed this past summer to make her second trip. She says it was a life changing encounter. Haiti has captured Hannah’s heart and she’s been forever changed by the voices, smiles, hearts and people of this country. I asked her to share a little about her experience in Haiti and as I read her e-mail, I could feel the passion and love she has for them. I was touched when she asked to have a picture taken with a photo of a little boy named Steven. She lit up like a Christmas tree when we got out the props and picture for this part of her session. Steven has definitely touched her heart and the smile on her face proves it. Hannah’s best friend purchased the Toms that she’s wearing. While in Haiti she had the children sign their names on them… so sweet. What an honor to be a part of capturing this special time in her life. I pray Jesus blesses her for her faithfulness & obedience to Him and the calling He has on her life.
